Second Decision Deck Developers Days

D² Decision Deck is a generic software platform for Multi-Criteria Decision Aid developed in the context and with the support of the COST Action Ic-0602 Algorithmic Decision Theory. The Decision-Deck Developers Days are intended as a workshop for designers and programmers of D² plugins and XMCDA web services.

The D² project's objective is to provide an open source software, composed of various modular components, pertaining to the field of Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA). It should give a user the possibility to add, modify or simply use existing plugged-in functionalities (plugins). These constituents can either be complete MCDA methods or elements common to a large range of procedures. The typical end-user of the D² platform is an MCDA researcher, an MCDA consultant or a teacher in an academical institution.

The Developpers' Days meetings aims at gathering developpers from the Decision Deck community to coordinate developpment and implementation of the sofware platform. The first Developpers' Days meeting took place in Luxembourg ( see here) in May 2008. This is thesecond meeting of this contuning serie.
